The Pioneer Library System supports lifelong
learning opportunities for all members of our communities. "Bridges to the
Community" theme kits have been assembled to assist residential and day program staff
in meeting the information and recreation needs of the individuals with whom they work.
Although originally designed for people with developmental disabilities, many of these
kits have been used successfully with older adults in nursing homes, adult day care
facilities etc. Bridges Kits may be borrowed for a two week loan period through your local public library from Outreach Services at the Pioneer Library System.: |
